    STEP 2 : Customize Conversion Settings. Click on the gear icon  beside the Mac Excel icon Mac Excel. Choose specific pages or all pages to convert to Excel.


    You can also go to PDF to Excel-> Preferences… in the menu bar to make more customized settings.

    Destination: you can customize a source to output converted files. Default option is “save in the same folder as the source”

    Conversion: you can select whether to preserve the original formatting or not, default option is “Retain value without formatting”.
